Just a day before our Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) is officially launched on BitForex, we have to to warn you to protect yourselves from a scams!
Thanks to our growing community on Telegram, we have found that last week a clone of our smart contract has appeared. [this is the scam adrees check it here]. Scammers use this technique to mislead people and exploit them.
We have been notified recently that a group has been conducting a scam activity. They have been contacting our Telegram Channel’s members requesting ETH. They even use our pictures and personal info to make their profiles look and feel more credible.
This flatter us of course. It’s great to know that the hype around our Initial Exchange Offering has touched the scammy mind of somebody outthere.
Nevertheless, first off, we have to state, that the one and only EVED token has this address and tokens will be transferred only from here:
Creator of the EVED token: https://etherscan.io/address/0x0078281a222dc49859703840e08facc7282e4aec
Smart contract for the private sale: https://etherscan.io/address/0x95c5Ee0aC5B2927791246FE775852E0Cf61101BD
SCAM ADDRESS! NEVER SEND TOKENS OR ETH TO THIS ADDRESS: https://etherscan.io/token/0xd4492109fe2cfd8d45fecbb1f10934bddb730a93
Secondly, anyone who is offering you participation in any token sale directly (without your consent and inquiry), or texting you directly on our behalf asking you to send BTC, ETH or any other cryptocurrency or fiat is scamming you! Our team WILL NEVER text you first. We can direct message you or provide you with additional information only on request.
- Stick to the official website www.evedo.co, this Medium blog, our Facebook and Twitter. Do not trust any other source!
- Evedo OÜ will NOT approach you without a request on your behalf
- Our smart contract has been deployed in August 2018 and the adress associated with the real EVED token is: https://etherscan.io/address/0x0078281a222dc49859703840e08facc7282e4aec
We urge our community to help us to circulate this message to as many community members as you know.
Finally, we want to add how disturbing it is that this is happening. Things like this are precisely what skeptics use against cryptocurrencies, blockchain and the industry in general — and they do have a point, things like this really do happen often.
We are committed to doing everything in our power to inform our community and approached our legal counselors on taking the necessary actions.
In the meantime, follow the progress on the IEO!
